What the content is

Everything here is editorial opinion and general information, published to help people choose a radio-controlled car. It is not professional advice, a safety certification, or a guarantee about any product. Our methodology page explains exactly what our recommendations are based on — including, importantly, that we do not test the products ourselves.

Accuracy

We take accuracy seriously: specifications are quoted from manufacturers and linked, and we do not publish figures we cannot source. Even so, products change, models are discontinued, and manufacturers revise their own specifications. Always check the product listing and the manufacturer’s current information before buying. If you spot something wrong, tell us at contact@shockandservo.com.

Prices and availability

We do not publish prices on this site. Every buy link goes to a retailer’s live listing, where the current price and availability are shown. We have no control over either.

Purchases are between you and the retailer

We do not sell anything. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer, governed by their terms, their returns policy and their warranty. If something is wrong with a product you bought, the retailer or the manufacturer is who can help.

Safety

Radio-controlled vehicles can be fast and heavy, and lithium-polymer batteries require proper handling. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and age guidance, charge batteries in a fire-resistant bag and never unattended, and drive in a place where the vehicle cannot injure anyone or damage property. You are responsible for how a product is used.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and original images on this site belong to Magoo Media Group. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Republishing pages wholesale is not permitted. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.

Links to other sites

We link to manufacturers, retailers and other sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Limitation of liability
